County Durham Tourism Partnership commissioned Carrier Direct Marketing and Customer Maze to research the effectiveness of the 2008 Durham Holiday Guide. The main aim was to identify whether people who had requested the Holiday Guide had then gone on to book a holiday as a result. Another aim was to calculate the return on investment for the 2008 activity and provide detailed information about those that visited Durham in 2008.

We have used Carrier since 2003 to distribute the Durham Accommodation Guide as well as completing a recent Conversion Research project which helped us identity our customers and adapt to ensure they are satisfied. My customer account manager and the research team have been very helpful in putting together a package that suited our Accommodation Guide and and all times have offered a very professional service.
