Carrier Direct Marketing's relationship with RC2 began in 2001 and the core services that we provide are brochure fulfilment and mail order of their products, together with consumer ordering and enquiry telephone lines. Carrier Direct Marketing also help out with the fulfilment of their 'point of sale items' and 'sample trade orders' and despatch these and bulk brochure requests globally, making complete usage of Carrier Direct Marketing's foreign distribution service.

Carrier Direct Marketing's Customer Account Manager and specialised staff have developed an excellent working relationship over the years, and work closely with the team at RC2 to explore new ways of doing things and provide regular contact through meetings and telephone to ensure that only the very best level of service is provided.

We contracted Carrier Direct Marketing over 7 years ago to undertake the customer queries, orders and dispatch of our goods, to which the team have completed at a very good level of service to our customers and have constantly understood all our requirements.

This has helped RC2 to maintain a consistent level of service to all our customers, and we look forward to working with CDM in the future.
