To complement the translation side of its business, Telelingua is also able to offer a range of additional linguistic services for the travel industry, including proofreading, typesetting and design, and the provision of interpreters for travel shows, hospitality events, familiarisation trips etc.

Senior Account Manager Rachel hosted consultation on our Customer Contact and Call Centre facilities, covering all aspects from brochure request lines, information and order lines to market research and lead generation.

Rachel was previously our Contact Centre Manager for over four years, and has a wealth of call centre experience which our delegates tapped into.
