Jeremy Kerrison - Telelingua
Jeremy Kerrison is the co-founder of Telelingua, a company which specialises exclusively in travel translation and has over ten years' experience providing specialist language services for the tourism and leisure sectors.
Telelingua’s clients include guidebook publishers, website designers, national and regional tourist boards, tourist offices, national parks, museums, tour operators, hotels and restaurants.
To complement the translation side of its business, Telelingua is also able to offer a range of additional linguistic services for the travel industry, including proofreading, typesetting and design, and the provision of interpreters for travel shows, hospitality events, familiarisation trips etc.
Alistair Bruce – Carrier Direct Marketing

Rachel was previously our Contact Centre Manager for over four years, and has a wealth of call centre experience which our delegates tapped into.

Ian Parkington - Carter Communication
Ian Parkington was delighted to meet destination managers and tourism operators to discuss a range of Carter Communication services that help to ease the burden for marketing managers.
Ian has vast experience of hands-on tourism management both as a destination manager (Swanage, North Wales, North Devon and Northumbria) and latterly as a marketing agency consultant.
