22 Aug 2008 - Carrier Direct Celebrate Trio of Awards

Carrier Direct Marketing, the North Devon based leading provider of mailing and call centre services to the tourism industry, was the proud recipient of three quality standard certificates from IMSM, (International Management Systems Marketing).

ISOs 9001, 14001 and 18001 now provide Carrier Direct Marketing with quality control for Management systems, environmental management and health and safety, three vital areas to give added confidence to Carrier's lengthy list of both public and private sector clients.

IMSM's Glenn Rawnsley, who presented the manuals, both commended Carrier Direct for their approach in order to achieve the three ISOs, whilst also recommending the systems to any company large or small looking to improve their management systems.

Glenn presented the awards to Carrier Direct Marketing's Managing Director, Bob Carter, at the firm's Barnstaple head office.

IMSM provided Carrier Direct with the consultancy work to achieve the three ISOs with Carrier Direct's Richard Lewis appointed as "Quality Assurance Standards Representative" in addition to his existing role as Warehouse Manager.
